KUCHING, 28 NOVEMBER 2024 – Kapitan Tan Kun Gee, alongside the JKKK Hui Sing and officers from the Sarawak Social Welfare Department (JKM), stepped forward to address the plight of vulnerable individuals at Hup Kee Road. This proactive community effort reflects an unwavering commitment to supporting those in need.

The visit highlighted three special cases—a widow, a retired individual, and an elderly man—who were found to require urgent assistance. The team conducted interviews to better understand their circumstances and identified key areas of support, including the provision of food aid, assistance in applying for welfare benefits, and facilitating admission to the Old Folks Home at 12 Mile.
