Mauriene Hii Sie Lin was one of Sarawak’s standout fighters, clinching the third gold medal for the team. Hii Sie Lin dominated her match in the 48-51kg category, defeating Nur Faqina Dullia Aderea Zaratul Ihram from Kelantan with a commanding score of 17-4.

Muhammad Mikail Ghazali Zulfikar: A Golden Performance

Known affectionately as ‘Miki,’ Muhammad Mikail Ghazali Zulfikar delivered an outstanding performance in the 51-54kg category. He secured another gold medal for Sarawak by defeating Muhammad Zulfakar Othman from Melaka with a score of 21-14.

Texas Jeremy Lo: Rising Star with a Gold Medal

Young and promising fighter Texas Jeremy Lo added the fifth gold medal to Sarawak’s tally. Lo emerged victorious in the 54-57kg final bout, overcoming Muhamad Hakimi Nordin from Penang with a well-earned victory.

Silver and Bronze Medals Round Off the Achievements

While Sarawak’s fighters excelled in the finals, Cherilynn Christalle Qi Q Chan and Azhad Haziq Syafaat Abdul Khalid settled for silver medals in their respective categories. Despite their losses, their performances were instrumental in contributing to the overall success of the team.
