KUCHING, 22 Feb 2025 – The Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Mobile Service 2U successfully conducted its community service session this morning at Kit Siang Cafe, Jalan Green Road, Kuching. The initiative, aimed at assisting residents with applications and inquiries, was met with overwhelming support from the local community.

Led by Sih Hua Tong’s team, SUPP Youth members, and volunteers, the service ensured that residents received direct assistance without the hassle of long waiting times at government offices. The event provided much-needed support for individuals seeking help with:

Complaints & Feedback – Allowing residents to voice concerns directly to local authorities.
Senior Citizen Health Benefit (SCHB) & Kenyalang Gold Card (KGC) Applications – Assisting senior citizens and low-income groups.
SCIB – Benefits for senior citizens aged 60 and above.
Sumbangan Keperluan Asas Sarawak (SKAS) Enquiries – Helping people understand their eligibility for housing and financial aid.

Positive Public Response

Residents appreciated the initiative, highlighting how it made government services more accessible without the usual bureaucratic hurdles. Many took the opportunity to engage directly with SUPP representatives, providing feedback that will help shape future policies and services. This morning Total 103 application forms received.
