KUCHING (May 28) – Viptreliner Softfriner, an exemplary student from SMK Demak Baru, proudly credits her outstanding success in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2023 examinations to her parents.

“My parents have always been there for me. I credit my success to their unwavering support, their constant motivation, and their attention to my academic needs,” Viptreliner shared yesterday when she collected her results slip.

Achieving Excellence Through Determination

As the school’s top scorer, Viptreliner achieved an impressive 9As in the public examinations. Her dedication to her studies and her desire to make her family proud fueled her journey to success.

“I want to make my family, as well as my teachers and friends, proud of me. I also aim to transform my life by pursuing a brighter future through education,” she added.

Key Elements to Success: Time Management and Support

Viptreliner emphasized the importance of mastering time management, getting eight hours of sleep every night, and doing regular revisions. She also highlighted the significance of respecting one’s family, teachers, and friends as essential elements in achieving one’s goals.

Inspiring the Next Generation

When asked for her advice to the next batch of SPM candidates, Viptreliner encouraged them to dream big. “Never be scared to dream big because everything starts with a dream. All the best, and keep fighting!”

Family Pride and Aspirations

Viptreliner’s father, Sila Robin, a maintenance technician, and her mother, Creana Nosin, a senior clerk at Chemsain Konsultant, expressed immense pride and happiness over their daughter’s achievements.

“We are so happy,” Sila stated. “My family, we have nothing but the success of our children. They are our pride. I always advise my children that it is only through education that a family can change their fortune.”

Sila hails from Nanga Tapeh Spak in Betong, while Creana is from Suba Buan in Bau. Their collective efforts and dedication to their children’s education have clearly paid off, with Viptreliner’s success standing as a testament to their unwavering support.
