Supporting a Vital Cause: Sabah Cheshire Home and Services

Sabah Cheshire Home and Services, a non-profit organization, heavily depends on fundraising activities like this charity ride to cover its operational costs. The Home provides essential care and support to people with disabilities, relying on the generosity of donors to continue their crucial work.

Among the dedicated cyclists is 80-year-old Frank Yap, who holds a Malaysian Guinness Book of Records title for being the oldest cyclist to complete the 1,200 km journey from Johor to Penang on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Yap emphasized the health benefits of cycling, noting it has kept him fit and active.

How to Contribute to the Charity Ride

The organizers welcome donations to support this noble cause. All funds raised will go directly towards providing vital resources and support to the Sabah Cheshire Home and Services. Donations can be made to Persatuan Rumah dan Perkhidmatan Cheshire Sabah (Sabah Cheshire Home and Services) through their Alliance Bank Account 1003 9001 0131 411. Donors are requested to send their donation slips to Jennifer Liew (0198132800) or to Cheshire Home (0178605545) with the remark: Charity Ride/Name of Donor.
